Castle Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key in managing teams, resources, and client relationships.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects, ensuring they adhere to project specifications and timelines.
Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and controlling expenses.
Supervise and lead project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel.
Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and address any issues.
Resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the construction process.
Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
