Concrete foreman
Castle Construction is seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to lead our concrete crews and oversee the execution of concrete projects. As a Concrete Foreman, you will ensure that all concrete work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate concrete work crews, ensuring tasks are completed according to project plans and specifications.
Oversee the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete surfaces.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute concrete work.
Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on the job site.
Monitor and manage project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as needed.
Inspect work for quality and compliance with building codes and industry standards.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to address any issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Skills
Extensive experience in concrete work and supervisory roles.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
